The act begin life as a soloist in search of a band. During
2004 the solo version of electric kora land performed
extensively at various venues and on the streets of Western
Australia, including the Fremantle Street Arts Festival. In
April of that year, the first album was released, a collection
of solo instrumentals, fittingly titled "prelude"
